All balconies in the property are currently out of use. The restriction is valid as a precaution to ensure residents’ safety. It is based on a warning issued by the Finnish Safety Investigation Authority regarding the use of fibre cement panels in balcony railings. A rent compensation of 5% of the monthly rent will be applied for the period during which the balcony is unavailable. Residents will be informed as inspections and any necessary repairs progress, and once the balconies can be safely used again. Ali-Huikkaantie 4 consists of two four-floor apartment buildings in a pleasant residential area. The buildings have elevators and offer comfortable studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments. Originally built in the 1970s, the buildings were fully renovated in 2015–2016.

The apartments have light gray laminate flooring and painted walls. The kitchens include a dishwasher as standard equipment. The bathrooms have space for a washing machine or a washer-dryer tower. Every apartment has either a balcony or a patio.

Residents have access to several shared facilities. Buildings A–B include a laundry room, drying room, ironing room, sauna, storage rooms, bicycle and outdoor equipment storage, and a club room. Buildings C–D include storage rooms, a sauna, and a small gym. Parking spaces with heating outlets are available for residents.
