The windows and balcony doors were replaced in 2018, and the kitchens were renovated in 2008.
All apartments have glass-enclosed balconies.
Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
Roof repair work is currently in progress and is expected to be completed by the end of September. The building will not be fully covered during the renovation, and the work is being carried out to minimize disruption to residents as much as possible.
