This apartment building is located in the heart of Tampere city center, close to the Stockmann department store and the railway station. All essential services, shops, restaurants, and public transport connections are within walking distance, and bus stops for destinations across the city are located just around the corner.
The building underwent a major renovation in 2007. There is no sauna in the property. Residents have access to a free laundry room and a drying room.
Parking spaces are available, but their number is limited compared to the number of apartments in the building. New residents who require parking are advised to activate a parking space notification service, as spaces may not be available at the time of moving in.
