Hallituskatu 7 is located in an excellent location in the center of Tampere. The building was originally built in the 1950s and was fully renovated in 2012.
The building has eight floors. The apartments have been modernized with a stylish and comfortable design. The materials are timeless, light, and harmonious.
The kitchens include a dishwasher, ceramic stove, and stainless steel refrigerator and freezer.
Every apartment has a glass-enclosed balcony. The two-room and three-room apartments on the top floor also have rooftop terraces.
Residents can use several shared facilities free of charge, including two sauna areas, a laundry room, a drying room, a well-equipped gym, and a club/crafts room.
Parking spaces are available, but the number of spaces is limited compared to the number of apartments.
