Annalankatu 5 and 8
Annalankatu 5 and 8 are two three-floor apartment buildings located in the Annala area of Kaukajärvi. The buildings are on opposite sides of Annalankatu. A grocery store and a bus stop are about 100 meters away.
Residents of both buildings can use the free laundry room located in Annalankatu 5.
The sauna area in Annalankatu 8 was renovated and completed at the end of 2019. The sauna area in Annalankatu 5 was renovated in 2017.
Both buildings had exterior renovations in 2011. During the renovation, the windows were replaced and the balconies were fitted with glass enclosures. The plumbing system was renewed and the bathrooms were renovated in 2003. The kitchens were updated in 1994.

Kaukajärvi
Built in the 1960s, Kaukajärvi is a peaceful, green residential area located eight kilometres south-east from the centre of Tampere.
The beautiful lakeside areas offer pleasant surroundings for enjoying the outdoors, and swimmers can enjoy the lake around the year. The area also includes the historical Haihara art centre and manor area, where you can visit various events and cafés in the summer. The Kaukajärvi recreation centre offers good facilities for indoor sports, such as ball games and gym activities.

Schools, day-care centres, shops, a pharmacy and other basic services are located around a kilometre away from the Lumo homes in Kaukajärvi.
