All balconies in the property are currently out of use. The restriction is valid as a precaution to ensure residents’ safety. It is based on a warning issued by the Finnish Safety Investigation Authority regarding the use of fibre cement panels in balcony railings. A rent compensation of 5% of the monthly rent will be applied for the period during which the balcony is unavailable. Residents will be informed as inspections and any necessary repairs progress, and once the balconies can be safely used again. This building is located in an excellent area of Hervanta, with convenient access to public transportation and local services.

A bus stop is only about 50 meters away, and daycare centers, schools, and the Duo Shopping Center are all within walking distance.
