Kodin lattiassa on tyylikäs laminaatti ja seinät ovat maalatut. Erilliseen keittiöön saa hyvin mahtumaan ruokapöydän. Keittiössä on puun sävyiset kaapinovet ja työtasot, välitila on valkoista laattaa. Keittiön varustukseen kuuluu jääpakastinkaappi ja liesi, astianpesukoneelle on tilavaraus. Liesituuletinta ei ole.
