Talo sijaitsee erinomaisella sijainnilla Hervannassa. Talo on noin 50 metrin päässä bussipysäkiltä ja päiväkotiin, kouluihin ja Duon ostoskeskukseen on kävelymatka. Talossa on asukkaiden käytössä maksuton pesutupa ja kuivaushuone. Talossa on myös saunaosasto.
Tehtyjä korjauksia ovat esimerkiksi lukkojen sarjoitus vuonna 2010, hissien modernisointi vuonna 2008 sekä julkisivuremontti, ja ikkunoiden ja parvekkeiden uusiminen vuonna 2002.
