The property is close to the beautiful outdoor areas of Suolijärvi Lake and its beach.
The apartment buildings on Fysiikanpolku are located on top of a hill. There is a beautiful natural courtyard between the buildings.
The sauna area was renovated in 2017. The elevators were renewed in 2007. The building facade and windows were renovated in 2005.
A grocery store is about 500 meters away.
Residents can use several shared facilities free of charge, including a laundry room, drying room, club room in Building A, and a gym located between Buildings B and C.
A facade renovation is currently in progress. The work is expected to be completed in December 2026. During the renovation, the balconies are not available for use.
