This modern apartment building was completed in September 2019 in the Härmälä area, about 5 kilometers from the center of Tampere. The location offers good transport connections and easy access to local services.

The building has four floors, an elevator, and three stairwells. It contains 74 apartments, mainly studios and one-bedroom apartments, as well as a small number of compact two-bedroom apartments. Nine apartments in Stairwell C are accessed through an outdoor gallery walkway.

The apartments are bright and modern. Living areas have laminate flooring and painted walls. Every apartment has either a glass-enclosed balcony or a French balcony.

The kitchens have a light and modern design with gray countertops and built-in appliances. All apartments include a dishwasher, cooker hood, and a microwave oven with oven functions. Studio apartments have a two-burner induction cooktop and a compact fridge-freezer. Larger apartments have a four-burner induction cooktop and a full-size fridge-freezer. All two-bedroom apartments and some one-bedroom apartments also include a movable kitchen island that provides additional storage and workspace.

The bathrooms are equipped with a connection for a washing machine.

Residents have free access to private storage units, a laundry room, a drying room, and a club room. These shared facilities are located in Stairwell C. The building also has a sauna, and residents can reserve private sauna sessions for an additional fee.

There are 39 outdoor parking spaces with heating outlets available for residents. One of the spaces is reserved for residents with reduced mobility. Bicycle storage is available both indoors and outdoors, with dedicated spaces for residents' bicycles.
