This nine-storey apartment building located in Itä-Tuira was completed in 1977. In all apartments, the fixed furnishings and kitchens have been refurbished. In addition, the living areas feature stylish oak laminate flooring. All apartments have glazed balconies. The apartment windows and balcony doors were replaced in 2014 and are fitted with venetian blinds. The apartments are spacious, and the studios include an alcove connected to the living room.
The building’s sauna facilities are located on the top floor. On the ground floor, there is storage for strollers and bicycles, apartment-specific storage units, and a laundry room equipped with a tumble dryer and a mangle.
