The apartment building was completed in 1969. A comprehensive renovation of this rental property was carried out in 2009. All apartments with balconies have been fitted with glazing.
During the renovation, the apartments were refurbished to meet modern standards and comfort requirements, including fixtures and fittings. The apartments are bright, and the bathrooms have also been updated with new tiled surfaces. The shared facilities and stairwells have also been completely renovated.
