Asunnossa on laminaattilattia ja maalatut seinät. Keittiössä on valkoiset kaapit ja kodikkaat kiveä jäljittelevät työtasot. Välitilassa on käytetty harmaata ja beigeä laattaa. Three-storey apartment buildings located within walking distance of the Kaukovainio shopping centre. The courtyard is pleasant and green, with excellent playgrounds for children.
Shared facilities include, among other things, a laundry room, drying room, common room, and bicycle storage. The property was renovated in 2002. All bathrooms were refurbished in 2017, and the apartments feature laminate flooring. All apartments with balconies have been fitted with glazing.
