This apartment building, constructed in the 1960s and located in Alppila, has been given a completely new look following a comprehensive renovation in 2012, modernizing both the building and all apartments. The original spacious and bright layouts of the apartments have been preserved, while everything else has been renewed. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments feature glazed balconies.
The eight-storey building is equipped with an elevator and offers a good range of shared facilities for residents, including a shared sauna, a free laundry room, a drying room, a clubroom, and ample storage space. The courtyard features a charming playhouse and a pleasant seating area with berry bushes.
The kitchens have a modern look with stainless steel appliances and a ceramic cooktop. A dishwasher is included in every apartment. The kitchen cabinets are white, the countertops are grey, and the backsplash tiles are white. The bathrooms are mostly finished with fresh white tiles, complemented by stylish grey accent walls. The floors in the living areas are oak laminate. The color scheme of the apartments is versatile and suits many interior styles.
