Thanks to spacious layouts and stylish interior surfaces, it is easy to create a home that suits your needs, whether you choose a studio, a one bedroom apartment or a two bedroom apartment. The apartments feature a light colour scheme, with laminate floors in oak or grey tones and bathroom tiles in fresh white or light grey shades. In this building, residents are not allowed to attach anything to the bathroom walls, either inside or outside, by drilling. Adhesive or suction cup mounted bathroom shelves and hooks are permitted. All apartments have bright glazed balconies, and the ground floor apartments include a terrace. The largest apartments also feature a private sauna.
Residents have access to shared facilities including a laundry room, a communal sauna and versatile storage spaces. There are a total of 100 parking spaces, 60 of which are sheltered.
