    Tämä Lumo-vuokrakoti sijaitsee Kuokkalassa, noin 3,5 kilometrin päässä Jyväskylän keskustasta. Lähikauppa löytyy naapurista ja lähimpään kouluun on matkaa vain reilu puoli kilometriä. Alue on vehreää, rauhallista ja lapsiperheiden suosimaa.

    Tässä toimivapohjaisessa kodissa on tumma laminaattilattia ja maalatut seinät. Keittiö on avoin olohuoneeseen ja keittiöstä on myös kulku kodin lasitetulle parvekkeelle. Keittiössä on mahdollisuus astianpesukoneelle.

    Makuuhuone on erotettu olohuoneesta tilaa säästävällä liukuovella. Makuuhuoneessa on koko seinän leveydeltä kaappitilaa. Tilavaan kylpyhuoneeseen saa asennettua pyykinpesukoneen ja omassa saunassa löylyttelet silloin kuin itse haluat. Erillinen wc helpottaa mukavasti arkea.

    Seinissä saattaa esiintyä normaalia asumisen jälkeä. Tarjoamme asukkaalle maalit ja tarvikkeet omatoimimaalaukseen. Maalisävyn voi valita Lumo-värikartasta omaan makuun ja sisustustyyliin sopivaksi.

  • Located between the lakes Jyväsjärvi and Päijänne, Kuokkala is the residential area with the largest population outside the centre of Jyväskylä.

    The Kuokkala bridge enables easy access to the city centre, which is located just about two kilometres away. Kuokkala is also home to the allotment garden of Sulkuranta, with its 136 cabins located by the Jyväsjärvi lake.

    The local services include a health centre, two grocery shops, a pharmacy, several hairdressers, a library, church, post office, bakery and restaurants. The Lumo homes are located close to a day-care centre, with Kuokkala comprehensive school offering grades 1–9. Kuokkalan Graniitti, an air-raid shelter built inside a rock, has been transformed into a sports facility. Graniitti offers, for example, facilities for various ball games, gymnastics, boxing and archery.
