The apartments are spread across a four-story building with two stairwells. The building does not have an elevator.
The building exudes charming old-world character. Wide window sills and spacious layouts give the apartments a unique feel. Thanks to the renovation, residents can also enjoy completely renewed interior surfaces.
The building’s versatile shared facilities are located in the basement. Laundry is conveniently handled in the on-site laundry room and drying room.
