The metro can be reached from both Kontula and Mellunmäki stations. A kindergarten, a school, and a local shop are very close. All apartments had their kitchens and bathrooms renovated in 2018–2019.
The yard has a playground with swings for children. Residents can use a free laundry room with a drying room and a sauna.

Vesala
Vesala, located in eastern Helsinki, is close to the services of Kontula and Mellunmäki. Vesala is a residential area with many small residential buildings and good transportation connections to different parts of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
