This three-floor light-colored building is in a nice small-house area in Eastern Helsinki, Vesala. The area is good for outdoor activities. The metro can be reached from both Kontula and Mellunmäki stations. A kindergarten, a school, and a local shop are very close. All apartments had their kitchens and bathrooms renovated in 2018–2019.
The yard has a playground with swings for children. Residents can use a free laundry room with a drying room and a sauna.
About the area
Vesala
Vesala, located in eastern Helsinki, is close to the services of Kontula and Mellunmäki. Vesala is a residential area with many small residential buildings and good transportation connections to different parts of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
Vesala is about halfway between Mellunmäki and Kontula, so it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the metro stations in both districts. Mellunmäki has a larger grocery store, and Kontula shopping centre has several shops and restaurants. Vesala also has its own grocery store.
This residential area offers easy access to schools and kindergartens along walking and cycling paths. In Vesala, there is the valley-like Aarrepuisto park, where the whole family can spend time together surrounded by nature.
