This four-floor apartment building had its outside walls repaired in 2003.
The house is in a good location, a little outside the center of Tapulikaupunki. Public transport connections are excellent, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station. All basic services are within walking distance. Nearby you can also find Tikkurila center with many services, the Science Center Heureka, shops, and several restaurants.
In the yard there is a fenced playground for children. Residents can also use a free laundry room.

Tapulikaupunki
Located by the main rail line in Helsinki, right next to Puistola, Tapulikaupunki was built in the 1970s and 80s.
Tapulikaupunki is a traditional suburb of apartment buildings that represents the prefabricated housing aesthetic of its time. Later, parks and other green areas were added to the neighbourhood to give it a softer look.
