All balconies in the property are currently out of use. The restriction is valid as a precaution to ensure residents’ safety. It is based on a warning issued by the Finnish Safety Investigation Authority regarding the use of fibre cement panels in balcony railings. A rent compensation of 5% of the monthly rent will be applied for the period during which the balcony is unavailable. Residents will be informed as inspections and any necessary repairs progress, and once the balconies can be safely used again. The house is in a good location, a little outside the center of Tapulikaupunki. Public transport connections are excellent, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station. All basic services are within walking distance. Nearby you can also find Tikkurila center with many services, the Science Center Heureka, shops, and several restaurants.
In the yard there is a fenced playground for children. Residents can also use a free laundry room.

Located by the main rail line in Helsinki, right next to Puistola, Tapulikaupunki was built in the 1970s and 80s.
