The buildings on Käsityöläistentie were renovated in 2008 and 2015. The apartments have big rooms, simple layouts, and stylish interiors. They are easy to decorate and practical to live in. The apartments are different sizes, from 38 m² studios to 99.5 m² five-room homes.
Puistola train station and many services are very close. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy, a library, and a health center nearby.
Residents can use a sauna, a laundry room, storage for baby carriages, and storage for outdoor equipment. The yard has a big and safe playground for children.

Tapulikaupunki
Located by the main rail line in Helsinki, right next to Puistola, Tapulikaupunki was built in the 1970s and 80s.
Tapulikaupunki is a traditional suburb of apartment buildings that represents the prefabricated housing aesthetic of its time. Later, parks and other green areas were added to the neighbourhood to give it a softer look.
