This modern apartment building is in a great location near Rastila metro station. It was ready in February 2017. From here, you can go to the city center in about 20 minutes. The metro and buses are very close, and you can reach Espoo and shopping centers easily. There is a K-market across the street and an S-market just a few hundred meters away. There is also a dog park nearby. Rastila beach is very close, so in summer you can walk there quickly. The area also has nice paths for walking and nature.
The building has a big roof terrace with a sauna. On the top floor, there is a Lumo lounge, a shared room for relaxing or working. On the first floor, there is a free laundry room and drying room. There are 23 parking spaces in the nearby parking lot. Residents can also use a shared car.
