This Lumo house is located next to Rastila metro station and near the Rastila campsite. There are a total of 200 modern and stylish homes. The two impressive high-rise buildings were completed in phases, with the 7-storey building (D-G -stairwells) completed in November 2017 and the 9-storey building (H-I -stairwells) in January 2018.
The buildings have good storage facilities, a common club room for residents, the Lumo-lounge, sauna facilities and a free laundry room and drying rooms. Lumo residents can also jump behind the wheel of the shared cars, of which there are two in the area. One of the cars is a van and the other is a sedan.

Rastila is a fast-growing neighbourhood in Vuosaari, East Helsinki, right by the metro line. Rastila is one of East Helsinki’s developing residential areas, where new housing developments and construction are bringing fresh vitality to the neighborhood.
Rastila is close to nature and the metro provides excellent connections to the city centre. At the same time, cross traffic goes through Malmi all the way to Myyrmäki.
