A fantastic one-bedroom apartment for rent near Rastila metro station!
This Lumo home is located with excellent transport connections, as the metro and buses run right next door. The metro will take you to the city centre, Espoo and the nearest shopping centres. K-market, your local supermarket, is a short walk away and S-market is only a few hundred metres away. Next to the house you will find great outdoor facilities as the Rastila beach and camping site is just a stone's throw away.
The home has a functional floor plan, with the hallway dividing the home into two functions, one side with a sliding door bedroom and the other side with a kitchen and living room area. The through-house apartment has views both to the courtyard side and to the metro station. A large balcony allows you to enjoy the views of the inner courtyard. The spacious bathroom has basic facilities and a washing machine connection. The apartment has light-coloured laminate flooring and painted walls. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove and a dishwasher.

Rastila
Rastila is a fast-growing neighbourhood in Vuosaari, East Helsinki, right by the metro line. Rastila is filling up with apartment buildings and in the next couple of years it will become a modern area of urban living.
Rastila is close to nature and the metro provides excellent connections to the city centre. At the same time, cross traffic goes through Malmi all the way to Myyrmäki. Many of the Lumo rental apartments in Rastila are located in bright new Lumo buildings that combine an excellent location with proximity to nature.

Karavaanikuja 2
Rastilan metroaseman naapurissa, leirintäalueen vieressä, sijaitsee moderneja ja tyylikkäitä kaupunkikoteja osoitteessa Karavaanikuja 2. Kulkuyhteydet ovat sukkelat niin metrolla, bussilla kuin autoillenkin.
