This is a neat two-story small house built at the end of October 2017 in Ramsinranta and is close to the sea. Also nearby is Lohiniemi beach. The red-brick house has large glass balconies and terraces. It offers apartments of different sizes for many life situations. All apartments have stylish interiors and water-heated floors in every room.
Residents can use great shared facilities with other people in the area: a beach sauna, tennis court, and swimming pier are very close. In building C, there is a free laundry room for the residents.

Ramsinranta is located on the eastern edge of Helsinki in Vuosaari. At Ramsinranta, the archipelago starts almost at your doorstep, and you can admire the seaside scenery all year round.

The proximity of the sea creates great outdoor and leisure opportunities in the Ramsinranta area all year round. There are beaches at Lohiniemenranta and Aurinkolahti, plenty of marinas, and several restaurants and cafés near the beach. The surrounding area is a rocky, pine-clad canvas forest, and for the outdoorsman, Ramsinranta offers a variety of trails that follow the shapes of the beach and forest.
The area has been built up in recent years and has a strong emphasis on detached houses, with some apartment blocks closer to Vuosaari and Rastila. The residential area is located about one kilometre from the Rastila metro station, with kindergartens and schools nearby. There is a grocery store in Meri-Rastila.
