This Lumo building is in a quiet and green area called Pajamäki. There are very nice outdoor areas with forest paths. Near the building are Talin allotment gardens and many sports options, like bowling and golf. It is also easy to go by bus or train to Helsinki city center.

The nature surrounding Pajamäki invites you to enjoy the outdoors. On the adjacent Patterimäki, you will find a World War I fortress area and part of Ursa's solar system model. The sympathetic community garden in Tali is located next to Pajamäki. There are also a few playgrounds and a dog park nearby.
The nearby Tali sports park provides a wide range of opportunities for sports activities. The park has a football hall, outdoor football pitches, badminton and squash courts, the Tali Tennis Centre, the Zippy Adventure Park, and the Helsinki Golf Club. As a residential area, Pajamäki is quiet, as there is hardly any traffic. This makes the area very suitable for families with children. Pajamäki has its own grocery store and pharmacy. Larger shops are located in Pitäjänmäki, about one kilometre from Pajamäki.
The trunk line and the new express tram Raide-Jokeri run from Pitäjänmäentie near Pajamäki. The journey to Helsinki city centre takes about 40 minutes by public transport. Residents with cars can easily get to different parts of the capital region via Vihdintie.
