In Itäkeskus you find many services: shops, restaurants, and a Finnkino movie theater. From there, you can also take Raide-Jokeri tram all the way to Keilaniemi in Espoo. Bus 560 takes you to Mellunmäki metro station in about 10 minutes, or you can also walk there. A grocery store is very close by.
The area is great for outdoor life and nature. At Linnavuori you can feel the history, and at Vartiokylänlahti bay you can enjoy walking or running all year.
