This building was first built in 1938 at the edge of Malmi Square. It was designed by architect Erkki Huttunen in the functionalist style. At first, it was the office and warehouse of a farming machine company (MKT). In the early 2000s, the building was renovated and changed into homes. The renovation respected the old style and history. You can still see the history inside the homes: big grid-style windows and, in some apartments, large concrete ceiling beams.
Almost all services are very close, as well as good connections by public transport and car.
Residents can use a laundry room (with a carpet washing machine), drying room, bicycle storage, and a club room where you can also learn more about the history of the house.
