In the heart of Katajanokka, near Tove Jansson Park, new city homes were built in 2022. The building is in the old Paulig coffee roastery. The house was built in 1938, and some apartments still have old brick walls. There are 58 apartments in the building. Three of them are large attic apartments, 100–116 m². The elevator goes to the 6th floor, the attic apartments are on the 7th floor.
The building is in a unique and beautiful location in Katajanokka. Shops, restaurants, Tove Jansson Park, and Uspenski Cathedral are all close by. The apartments have modern comfort but also keep the old style of the building.
