Valakuja 8 is a six-floor apartment building completed in 2011. The building offers apartments of different sizes, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments.
On the sixth floor, residents can use a shared club room and sauna facilities. The courtyard has areas for both relaxing and children's play. There are 25 parking spaces in the parking garage under the courtyard and 4 additional parking spaces outside.
The Entresse shopping center is located right next to the building, so shops and services are very close by. Public transport connections are also excellent, with the train station and bus stops just a short walk away.
Some of the apartments will undergo renewal of the balcony panel structures. Residents of the apartments affected by the renovation will be informed separately via a notice delivered directly to the apartments. During the renovation, the common room will be unavailable. The aim is to carry out the work between August and September 2026.
