    Tämä Lumo-koti sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla, noin kilometrin päässä Koivukylän asemasta ja palveluista. Talo jää suojaan muiden talojen taakse ja sen ympäristö on vehreää. Lähikauppaan on muutama sata metriä.

    Vuokra-asunnossa on kauniin sävyiset laminaattilattiat keittiössä ja olohuoneessa. Makuuhuoneissa ja eteisessä on muovimatto. Kylpyhuoneessa on massalattia ja osalaatoitus seinissä, pesukoneelle löytyy liitäntä.
    Keittiössä  on keraaminen  liesi ja liitännät astiapesukoneelle. Asuntoon luksusta tuo kaksi isoa vaatehuoneetta ja lasitettu parveke.

    A beautiful, vibrant area, Koivukylä is home to many families with children. The Lumo rental apartments on Seljapolku are located within walking distance of Koivukylä’s shops, library, health centre, school and day care centres. The neighbouring Ojalehto park area with playgrounds and the Keravanjoki river nearby offer a nice environment for outdoor activities. Koivukylä train station is located some 300 metres away from the apartments. Rekola manor and its parks and Peijas hospital are located only one kilometre away.
