  • Jokiniemi is a green area located between Keravanjoki river and Hiekkaharju. There are pine trees growing on top of the rocky hill, with spruces lower on the hillside. The forest forms a clear border in the landscape of open fields.

    Jokiniemi has good public services. The area has a comprehensive selection of primary and lower secondary schools as well as an upper secondary school and a vocational school. There are also plenty of day care services available. Hiekkaharju sports park offers great facilities for exercise. In addition to a sports field, the sports park has facilities for golf, tennis, badminton and squash. A wide range of shops and restaurants are available in Tikkurila, located around one kilometre from Satomäki.
