Hakunila is a residential area located close to nature between the Lahdenväylä highway and the Ring III. Hakunila offers a good selection of essential services, schools and day care centres. In addition, the area provides plenty of opportunities for exercise, including a public indoor pool and the Hakunila sports park. Hakunila also has excellent areas for outdoor recreation, thanks to its proximity to nature.
