    Lumo-vuokrakoti tilavalla pohjaratkaisulla. Olohuoneesta on käynti lasitetulle parvekkeelle, joka toimii lisähuoneena aina aikaisesta keväästä pitkälle syksyyn. Asunnossa on tilavat huoneet sekä erillinen vaatehuone tuomassa lisää säilytystilaa.Talon välittömästä läheisyydestä löytyy elintarvikekauppa sekä leipomo.

    Asunnossa on laminaattilattia ja maalatut seinät. Keittiöön mahtuu hyvin ruokapöytä ja astianpesukoneelle on tilavaraus. Kylpyhuoneessa on mahdollisuus pyykinpesukoneelle. 

    Seinissä saattaa esiintyä normaalia asumisen jälkeä. Tarjoamme asukkaalle maalit ja tarvikkeet omatoimimaalaukseen. Maalisävyn voi valita Lumo-värikartasta omaan makuun ja sisustustyyliin sopivaksi.

    Huom! Asunnossa on asuttu kuvien ottamisen jälkeen.

Autopaikat on uusittu vuonna 2019, talon saunatilat on remontoitu täydellisesti vuonna 2017. Taloa on remontoitu 2000-luvulla, mm. parvekunnostus on tehty vuonna 2004, keittiöt, kylpyhuoneet ja ikkunat on uusittu sekä putkistoremontti tehty vuonna 2002.

Yhteisinä tiloina ovat muun muassa irtaimistovarastot ja asukkaille maksuton kuntosali Pohtolankatu 55 A-rapussa. Yhteiskäytössä Pohtolankatu 57 C-rapussa ovat myös asukkaille maksuton pesula, kuivaushuone ja mankeli. Pohtolankatu 55 B-rapussa on talon saunaosasto.
