Erinomaisella sijainnilla oleva kohde. Hissillinen kahdeksankerroksinen kerrostalo on peruskorjattu vuosien 2003-2008 aikana. Talo sijaitsee noin 50 metrin päässä bussipysäkiltä ja koulut, päiväkoti ja Duon ostoskeskus ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Asukkaiden käytössä ovat maksuttomasti pesutupa ja kuivaushuone ja kerhohuone.
