Talo sijaitsee noin 50 metrin päässä bussipysäkiltä, päiväkotiin, kouluihin ja Duon ostoskeskukseen on kävelymatka. Talossa on yhteisinä tiloina maksutta asukkaiden käytössä oleva pesutupa kuivaushuoneineen, mankeli, pihakatos sekä kerhohuone. Talossa on myös talosauna.
