Vuonna 2015 peruskorjattu Opiskelijankatu 10 on hyvien liikenneyhteyksien äärellä ja lähikauppaan, kauppakeskus Duoon, Hervannan kirjastoon tai vapaa-aikakeskukseen on vain kävely- tai pyöräilymatka.
