Vuonna 2015 peruskorjattu Opiskelijankatu 10 on hyvien liikenneyhteyksien äärellä ja lähikauppaan, kauppakeskus Duoon, Hervannan kirjastoon tai vapaa-aikakeskukseen on vain kävely- tai pyöräilymatka.
Talossa on yhteisinä tiloina pesula- ja kuivaushuoneet, irtaimistovarastot, ulkoiluvälinevarasto ja kerhohuone, jotka ovat asukkaiden käytössä maksutta. Yhteisiä tiloja edellisten lisäksi on saunaosasto.
