Hämeenpuisto 12

14-kerroksisen talon yhteiset tilat ovat sauna (erillinen talousrakennus pihassa), irtaimistovarastot, ulkoiluvälinevarasto, korttelipesula (erillinen talousrakennus pihassa), yhteinen kerhotila (Satakunnankatu 32-34 pohjakerroksessa) ja kuntosali (Puuvillatehtaankatu C-rapun alakerrassa). Talo on peruskorjattu vuonna 1997. Ikkunat on uusittu vuonna 2011. Talon rakennusvuosi on 1955 ja siinä on hissi.

Huom. Hämeenpuisto 12 taloon on suunnitteilla peruskorjaus.  Peruskorjaukselle on haettu rakennuslupaa ja suunnitteluvaihe on edelleen kesken. Peruskorjauksen aikataulusta ei ole vielä päätöksiä, näin ollen peruskorjauksen ajankohta ei ole tiedossa. Tiedotamme asukkaita välittömästi, kun saamme tiedon korjauksen alkamisajankohdasta.

Kun aikanaan saamme päätöksen peruskorjauksen aikataulusta, kaikki vuokrasopimukset tullaan irtisanomaan. Lain mukaan vuoden kestäneiden vuokrasopimusten vuokranantajan irtisanomisaika on 6 kuukautta, ja tulemme noudattamaan tätä irtisanomisaikaa kaikkien vuokrasopimusten kohdalla.
