    Tämä tilava Lumo-vuokrakoti soveltuu hyvin niin tilaa rakastavalle pariskunnalle kuin pienelle perheellekkin. Keittiö on tilava ja siellä on hyvin sekä säilytys- että laskutilaa. Tähän keittiöön mahtuu useampikin kokki kerrallaan sekä isompi ruokapöytä. Olohuoneen yhteydessä on lasitettu parveke, joka tuo ripauksen arjen luksusta. Eteisestä ja toisesta makuuhuoneesta löytyy mukavasti kaappitilaa. Tuirassa on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä joen suistoalueet, jossa on mukava nauttia luonnosta. Tämä koti on siis loistava valinta luonnossa viihtyvälle.

    Lattiassa on tammilaminaatti ja seinät ovat maalattu vaalealla sävyllä. Keittiön varusteena on liesi, jääpakastinkaappi ja astianpesukone. Kylpyhuoneessa on mahdollisuus pyykinpesukoneelle.

    Rental apartment with good connections, close to services

    Tuira is located on the northern side of the Oulujoki river, in the immediate vicinity of the centre. Nearly all local bus lines run through Tuira. The level of services available in Tuira is excellent: there is a large hub of shops located on both sides of Merikoskenkatu. Länsi-Tuira has a health centre and the Tervaporvarinpuisto park with exercise equipment for people of all ages. Lumo has several beautiful and light rental apartments across Tuira.

    Always something to do

    Tuira offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. A jogging track goes around the park, turned into a cross-country skiing track in the winter. The Raatti indoor pool and Tuira beach are both within walking distance. Traditional cinema Star is located in eastern Tuira, on Kalliotie. The area has several day care centres, schools and an adult education centre maintained by the Vuolle Settlement.

Yhdeksänkerroksisen Kalliotie 17:n kaikissa huoneistoissa on oma parveke, osa myös lasitettu. Talon hissi on modernisoitu 2005. Pääosassa huoneistoista on uusittu kiintokalusteet ja keittiö vuosina 2010 ja 2013. Osassa huoneistoja on myös uusittu laminaattilattia. Huoneistot ovat tilavia, ja yksiöissä on alkovi olohuoneen yhteydessä.

Talon alakerrassa on lastenvaunu- ja pyörävarasto, askarteluhuone sekä huoneistokohtaiset varastot. Saunatilat sijaitsevat kattokerroksessa, saunaremontti on tehty vuonna 2008.Asukkaiden käytössä on myös maksuton yhteispesula ja kuivaushuone sekä kerhohuone Kalliotie 15:ssä sekä Kalliotie 11:n alakerrassa sijaitseva kuntosali.
