    Tämä näppärä yksiö on varustettu kätevällä pohjaratkaisulla. Asunto sopii loistavasti yksinasuvalle tai jopa pariskunnalle! Eteisestä löytyy hyvin kaappitilaa ja avokeittiö luo tilan tuntua asuntoon. Keittiössä on valkoiset kaapistot metallisilla vetimillä, työtasot ovat puuta jäljitteleviä ja välitila on puolestaan vaaleanharmaata laattaa. Keittiön varustukseen kuuluu normaalikokoinen astianpesukone. Kylpyhuoneessa on vaaleanharmaa laatta lattiassa ja seinät ovat laatoitettu valkoisella laatalla. Kylpyhuoneesta löytyy pyykinpesukoneelle liitännät.

    Tässä Lumo-vuokrakodissa on kauttaaltaan laminaattia jäljittelevä muovimatto ja valkoiseksi maalatut seinät. Seinissä voi esiintyä normaalia asumisen jälkeä. Tarjoamme asukkaalle maalit ja tarvikkeet omatoimimaalaukseen. Maalisävyn voi valita Lumo-värikartasta omaan makuun ja sisustustyyliin sopivaksi.

Hissillinen, 3-kerroksinen pienkerrostalo on valmistunut 2010. Koteja, jotka ovat yksiöitä, kaksioita ja kolmioita, on yhteensä 36. Yhdeksässä huoneistossa on lasitetut parvekkeet, muissa huoneistossa ranskalaiset parvekkeet.

Lumo-kotien kylpyhuoneet on varustettu keraamisilla laatoilla, keittiöt astianpesukoneilla.

Talosta löytyy saunaosasto. Autopaikat sijaitsevat piha-alueella, mutta asukkailla on mahdollisuus saada autopaikka myös pysäköintitalon katolta. Pysäköintitalo on parinsadan metrin päässä Lumo-talosta.

Talon sijainti on erinomainen. Kaikki palvelut ovat kävelymatkan päästä: Tokmanniin on noin 50 metriä, Citymarketiin 100 metriä ja linja-autoasemalle 500 metriä.
