    Tässä selkeällä pohjaratkaisulla varustetussa kaksiossa on reilun kokoinen keittiö ja oma sauna. Huoneiston seinät on maalatut ja lattioissa on kauniin sävyiset laminaatit. Asunnon seinissä on muutamia kiinnitysjälkiä ja asunnon pinnoilta löytyy asumisenjälkiä. Jos asukas haluaa maalata asunnon seinät, tarjoamme maalit ja tarvikkeet.     The Kuokkala bridge enables easy access to the city centre, which is located just about two kilometres away. Kuokkala is also home to the allotment garden of Sulkuranta, with its 136 cabins located by the Jyväsjärvi lake.
