    Tässä Lumo-vuokrakodissa on persoonallinen pohjaratkaisu. Pitkän eteiskäytävän päässä on persoonallisen muotoinen olohuone, jonka päädystä on kulku lasitetulle parvekkeelle. U-mallisen keittiön päädyssä on sopiva paikka ruokapöydälle. Eteisestä ja makuuhuoneista löytyy säilytystilaa. Luksusta arkeen tuo oma sauna, jossa on mukava lämmitellä talven lähestyessä.

Keittiössä on valkoiset kaapinovet puureunuksilla ja työtasot ovat harmaat sekä välitilan ovat harmaat, astianpesukoneelle löytyy liitännät. Kylpyhuoneessa on harmaa muovimatto lattiassa ja valkoiset laatat seinissä sekä pyykinpesukoneelle on mahdollisuus. 

    Seinissä voi esiintyä normaalia asumisen jälkeä. Tarjoamme asukkaalle maalit ja tarvikkeet omatoimimaalaukseen. Maalisävyn voi valita Lumo-värikartasta omaan makuun ja sisustustyyliin sopivaksi.
