Alueelta on hyvät bussiyhteydet esimerkiksi Herttoniemen metroasemalle ja Itäkeskuksen kauppakeskukseen, eikä kävelymatka Siilitien metroasemallekaan ole pitkä. Aivan vieressä sijaitsee myös Roihuvuoren ala-aste.
