Rastila
Rastila is a fast-growing neighbourhood in Vuosaari, East Helsinki, right by the metro line. Rastila is filling up with apartment buildings and in the next couple of years it will become a modern area of urban living.
Rastila is close to nature and the metro provides excellent connections to the city centre. At the same time, cross traffic goes through Malmi all the way to Myyrmäki. Many of the Lumo rental apartments in Rastila are located in bright new Lumo buildings that combine an excellent location with proximity to nature.

The two impressive high-rise buildings were completed in phases, with the 7-storey building (D-G -stairwells) completed in November 2017 and the 9-storey building (H-I -stairwells) in January 2018.
