Rastila
Rastila is a fast-growing neighbourhood in Vuosaari, East Helsinki, right by the metro line. Rastila is filling up with apartment buildings and in the next couple of years it will become a modern area of urban living.
Rastila is close to nature and the metro provides excellent connections to the city centre. At the same time, cross traffic goes through Malmi all the way to Myyrmäki. Many of the Lumo rental apartments in Rastila are located in bright new Lumo buildings that combine an excellent location with proximity to nature.

Karavaanikuja 2
Rastilan metroaseman naapurissa, leirintäalueen vieressä, sijaitsee moderneja ja tyylikkäitä kaupunkikoteja osoitteessa Karavaanikuja 2. Kulkuyhteydet ovat sukkelat niin metrolla, bussilla kuin autoillenkin. Kaksi komeaa kerrostaloa valmistuivat vaiheittain niin, että 7-kerroksinen talo (D-G –raput) valmistuivat marraskuussa 2017 ja 9-kerroksinen talo (H-I –raput) tammikuussa 2018. Autopaikkoja on yhteensä 71 kpl. Moottoripyöräpaikkoja on 3 kpl. Autopaikkoja on 51 kpl Karavaanikujan puolilämpimässä kellarikerroksessa, naapuritalo Retkeilijänkatu 2:n kylmässä autohallissa on 17 paikkaa.
