Katariinankosken asunnoista kuulet kosken kuohuntaa. Tähän veden tuomaan rauhoittavaan tunnelmaan pystyt virittäytymään talon ullakkokerroksessa sijaitsevalla saunaosastolla, josta avautuu upea ja ainutlaatuinen maisema ympärillä olevaan historialliseen ja luonnonläheiseen miljööseen. Talossa on viihtyisä piha-alue lapsille. Talo on rakennettu Arkkitehti Aarne Ervin suunnittelemana vuonna 1946. Asunnot on peruskorjattu vuonna 2008 vastaamaan nykyajan vaatimuksia kuitenkin vanhaa kunnioittaen. Talossa on ilmainen pesutupa kuivaushuoneineen sekä kerhohuone.
