Tapiolan länsipuolelle, Jousenpuiston kupeeseen on rakentui vuoden 2023 kesäkuussa 80 uutta Lumo-kotia loistavalle sijainnille metron, palveluiden ja pysäköintihallin viereen.

Uudet asunnot ovat yksiöitä, kaksioita ja kolmioita. Asunnot sijoittuvat 11 kerrokseen, mutta rakennus kohoaa portaittain, jolloin ylimmät kerrokset vaihtelevat huoneiston sijainnin mukaan. Kaikissa kodeissa on omat parvekkeet ja osassa asunnoissa on omat saunat.

Asukkaiden yhteisessä käytössä on kolme saunaa, pesutupa, kaksi kuivaushuonetta ja pieni kerhohuone, joka sopii erilaisiin käyttötarkoituksiin lisätilaksi. Pohjakerroksessa sijaitsevat ulkoiluväline- ja irtaimistovarastot tuovat niin ikään toimivuutta arkeen. Autopaikkoja on mahdollista vuokrata vieressä sijaitsevasta Urheilupuiston pysäköintihallista.

Kodissa on tärkeää, että se näyttää ja tuntuu omalta. Tässä kohteessa voit valita kotisi mieltymystesi mukaan sillä sisustustyylejä on saatavilla kaksi erilaista. Sisustustyylissä Lakritsa kotisi keittiön kaapit ovat mustia, työtasot ovat tammensävyistä laminaattia, allas on mustaa komposiittia ja välitilassa on kaunis marmorikuvioinen levy. Tyylin viimeistelee eleettömän tyylikkäät mustat lippavetimet ja rosteriset kodinkoneet. Kylpyhuoneen laatat ovat neutraalin harmahtavan sävyiset ja kylpyhuoneen kaapit ovat tammen sävyiset.

Sisustustyylissä Vanilja kotisi keittiön kaapit ovat valkoisia, työtasot ovat tammensävyistä laminaattia, allas on rosterinen ja välitilassa on tyylikäs, shampanjan värinen levy. Lippavetimet ja valkoiset kodinkoneet viimeistelevät tämän tyylin. Kylpyhuoneen laatat ovat tässäkin tyylissä neutraalin harmahtavan sävyisiä poiketen kuitenkin hieman ensimmäisestä sisustustyylistä. Kylpyhuoneen kaapit ovat tässäkin tyylissä tammen sävyiset.

Kaikissa kodeissa lattiapinnoitteena on ajaton, vaalea tammilaminaatti ja eteisessä on avaruutta ja käytännöllisyyttä tuovat peililiukuovet.

Nämä kodit sijaitsevat aivan Urheilupuiston metroaseman vieressä, joten pääset todella vaivattomasti hurauttamaan laajentuneen metrolinjaston läntisimpään tai itäisimpään pisteeseen asti. Esimerkiksi Otaniemen ja Keilaniemen opiskelu- ja työpaikkakeskittymä sijaitsee vain n. 6 minuutin metromatkan päässä.

Bussiyhteydet ovat myös sujuvat ja omalla autollakin pääsee kätevästi liikkumaan esimerkiksi Länsiväylää pitkin Helsingin keskustaan noin vartissa. Tapiolan laaja palvelutarjonta ja Niittykummun kauppakeskus ovat molemmat vain yhden metropysäkin päässä. Päivittäiset ostokset sujuvat kätevästi Urheilupuiston metroaseman lähikaupassa.

Nimensä mukaisestikin Tapiolan Urheilupuisto tarjoaa todella kattavat liikunta- ja harrastusmahdollisuudet. Läheltä löytyy mm. uimahalli, jäähalli Metro Areena, Esport Areena, golfkenttä sekä lukuisia jalkapallokenttiä. Alueelta löytyy myös erilaisia puistoja ja ulkoilumahdollisuudet ovat loistavat.

Kulttuurin nälkäisille löytyy kävelymatkan päästä Espoon modernin taiteen museo eli tuttavallisemmin EMMA ja kaukana ei myöskään ole Tapiolan kulttuurikeskus, jossa pääset nauttimaan mm. erilaisista konserteista, kirjastosta ja erilaisista vaihtuvista tapahtumista. Kauppakeskus Ainoasta puolestaan löytyy kattava tarjonta erilaisia ravintoloita, kauppoja ja muita palveluita. Alueella on myös useita päiväkoteja ja kouluja lapsiperheille.

Tapiola

The west metro line connects several areas in Espoo to each other and of course to Helsinki. In Espoo there are Lumo homes near metro stations in Kivenlahti, Espoonlahti, Soukka, Finnoo, Matinkylä, Urheilupuisto, Niittykumpu, Tapiola and Otaniemi.

Matinkylä is one of the largest city centres in Espoo. The best-known attraction in Matinkylä is the Iso Omena shopping centre with hundreds of shops and a wide range of services. Modern housing in Espoo

Ymmersta is one of the most tranquil neighbourhoods in Espoo. It is located next to Kauniainen and has Lumo rental apartments of different sizes. The residential area of Karvasmäki near Kauniainen offers rental homes in single-family houses in a tranquil environment. Järvenperä and Nöykkiö are other peaceful areas.
