2. Start and end dates and eligibility
The start and end dates of each competition and draw are clearly indicated in the announcement that contains a link to this page. The announcement is not removed after the end of the competition.
All persons over 18 years of age resident in Finland may enter the competition, excluding the Organiser’s employees who have participated in planning, preparing or carrying out the competition, and their family members. Each person can only enter once. Entering the competition does not require buying, unless otherwise stated in the competition announcement. The Organiser can refuse the entry of a participant who is suspected of fraud or of violating these rules.
3. Selecting the winner and timetable
The winner is selected from among the participants. The draw takes place after the competition period, and the draw date is announced when announcing the competition. The Organiser’s representative carries out the draw. The winners are contacted personally. The winner’s first name may be published in the competition announcement. If a participant has provided their contact details incorrectly or insufficiently or if the award notification or prize cannot be delivered to the winner by taking reasonable measures or for a reason not attributable to the Organiser, the Organiser is not obligated to deliver the prize to the winner, but the prize is re-drawn. The prize will be delivered to the winner one (1) month from the end of the competition.
The prizes are specified in the competition announcement. The prize cannot be exchanged for money, any other goods or an event.
5. The rules apply to all participants
By entering the competition, the participants agree to follow these rules and the Organiser’s decisions. The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules. If the Organiser makes changes to the rules, the changes will be announced on the competition pages.
6. Personal data processing
7. Publishing the names of winners
The participant’s first name and location may be published in connection with releasing the winner.
8. The organiser’s and the participant’s liabilities
The Organiser pays lottery tax on the prizes, if required. The participants free the Organiser and any other cooperation partners from liability for losses resulting from or believed to result from entering the competition. The Organiser’s liability to the participants can under no circumstances exceed the value or quantity of the prizes specified in these rules.
The Organiser is not liable for technical problems or issues that prevent the participant from entering the competition or receiving the prize. The winner is liable for any costs associated with receiving or using the prize.
9. Rights to the material submitted during the competition
The Organiser owns the rights to the campaign and draw material. The participant assures that they have created the material they submit for the competition. The participant is liable for assuring that the material does not infringe the law, good practice, the rights of third parties – including copyright and intellectual property rights – honour, privacy or business secrets and that it does not violate these rules in any other respect.
10. Other terms
